Four Stage Incubation

Thanks to VAMs, Micro-enterprises go through a four stages incubation and eventually incorporation process depending on the level of market validation of its business:

(1) signing the VAM;

(2) hitting their first goals and sharing profits;

(3) virtual shares or options and virtual dividends are offered to owners;

(4) the ME is incorporated, and owners effectively receive equity. Inflection points are the moment in time and conditions (i.e., revenues, market positioning, outputs, etc.) that, once met, enable the leap to the following incubation stage.

For each stage there are particular actions and goals. See Four Phases for explanation of the work.
