By definition micro enterprises are small and directly serve end customers. They take care of both a market and the production customer value for that market.
This is the specified and contracted ecosystem in support of particular customer facing micro enterprises. All relationships are customer<->supplier. Most of the customers in an EMC will be other micro enterprises.
3EO companies intentionally fragment support services and functions, transforming cost centers and infrastructure into accelerators of the results generated by Micro-Enterprises for the end customer.
