Here we create a high level organization of active and needed areas of neighborhood development. For the purpose of helping neighborhood activists and neighborhood supporters find one another and learn and work together.
We may use the 26 Mission Critical Functions as an organizing framework.
We can further focus on the most locally critical of those 26
We can then look at them strategically (as a system) and begin planning and actions.
One point of view is on jobs (creativity, creation, production of value for customers and for the producers). A community level scenario can be created to improve the wellbeing of the community by supporting the creation of local jobs with good pay in order to take care of these particular critical functions.
