NDC Pitch Platform needs to be developed. I see it as an enhancement of Neighborhood Patterns in the FedWiki. The various ReLocalizeCreativity Subdomains are repositories of successful solutions (patterns) and proposed (pitched) solutions (potential patterns).

RenDanHeYi's Customer Scenario is the pitch document.

The RenDanHeYi EMC Contract (Agreement-Contract) is the enactment of the scenario.
