User Driveness

The “User Driveness” area is about understanding **how the user is involved and interacts with the enterprise**: whether to invest or generate innovation.

* [ ] First of all, identifying the unit’s distinctive value proposition (i.e., the unique promise of value) and its leading goal (i.e., a bet on the financial and non-financial outcomes the unit will generate).

* [ ] Explaining how the leading goal will be reached through the products and services the ME offers.

* [ ] Exploring how users can be part of the value proposition (e.g., “design, validation, promotion”).
